I, the undersigned, voluntarily choose to participate in rowing and sculling lessons coached by Pete Gozar (Rowing with Pete). I understand that rowing activities involve physical risks including but not limited to falls, capsizing, physical injury, and exhaustion.

I hereby release and hold harmless Pete Gozar, Rowing with Pete, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from my participation in these activities.

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in rowing activities and will follow all safety instructions provided by the coach at all times.

I understand that this waiver is binding and that I am signing it voluntarily without any pressure.
